According to an article published by Realtor.com, of the top 10 cities to have price increases, 9 of them are in Florida. The highest increase is in the Miami area, which includes the Florida Keys. The lowest average price is located in the Lakeland, Winterhaven area.

So, NOW is the time to purchase in Florida. It appears we have not only hit the "bottom" but are beginning our upward journey to recovery.
